There are three balconies surrounding the residence, so that you can enjoy the sun at any time of day. The ski lift at Ramsberg is only a stone's throw away, and within walking distance. For the larger ski areas, you can choose the ski area of popular Mayrhofen or the largest ski area in the valley, the Zillertal Arena! The ski bus will take you there for free.
