This holiday home is on the edge of the historic village of Gemmenich. The house dates from the 17th century. It is in one of the most beautiful parts of Belgium. The Netherlands and Germany are literally next door.
You can look out from the front of the holiday home onto the meadows and the edge of a wood. There are six hectares of meadows and woodland on the other side of the street which guests can use. You can enjoy delightful walks and picnics. The area is paradise for children. Gemmenich is a tranquil Burgundian village in the Geul Valley. It is on the Belgian side of the Three Country Point. You can enjoy charming bicycle rides and long walks through the area's abundant woods, meadows and picturesque river valleys.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters.
