Le Petit Minière is a detached character cottage in the courtyard of La Touraine, and able to accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children in its 4 bedrooms (1 with 2 beds side by side but which can be separated, 2 with beds that cannot be separated and 1 with 2 pullout beds). The kitchen is well-equipped with quality equipment and the fireplace in the lounge makes the room warm and inviting. Outside there is a raised 6.80 x 4m swimming pool which is open from 1 May to 15 October. Renovated in 2006, comfortable and top of the range, this cottage is the ideal place for visitors seeking a relaxing holiday close to some remarkable tourist locations: the Loire Chateaux, the Medieval town of Loches (with its Royal city, its walls and its Renaissance Town Hall...), and Futuroscope... A wide range of activities can also be enjoyed in the region, from walking to gliding or riding in a hot-air balloon, not forgetting golf and horse riding.
