Spread out on a 2. 5 ha. large parcel are 32 spacious new villas situated. The villa L (FR-44380-01) and XL (FR-44380-02) are connected to each other by the garage, while the villa XXL (FR-44380-03) is detached. The parcel lies at 350 m. from the beach. Many different activities and excursions are possible in the environment. How about a golf course, thalasso, sailing on the lake, horseback riding or a visit to the Ocean museum? You can also rent bicycles. These will be delivered to the parcel.
The interior is luxurious and modern. The spacious living room has a fire place, where you can light a cosy fire. From the living room you will enter the terrace with garden furniture and a 300 m large garden. Depending on the weather conditions one can also go to the heated swimming pool.
