Bovenverdieping van Zwitserse villa. De eigenaars wonen beneden. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Appartement is nog ruimer dan het eruit ziet op de foto's. Aan de achterkant (woonkeuken en slaapkamer) kijk je uit over het glooiende landschap en de bosrand met o.a. beukenbomen. Aan de voorkant kijk je mooi uit over het dorpje Neuheilenbach. Het balkon is op het zuid westen. Wij waren er rond de jaarwisseling (helaas geen sneeuw maar het was er niet minder leuk om) en we hadden aan het eind van de middag een heerlijk zonnetje op het balkon. Je kunt in Bitburg prima boodschappen doen. Het is 20 minuten rijden maar het is een mooie route langs kleine dorpjes en het typische Eifellandschap, laatste stuk over een snelle weg. Er zit ook een leuk tropisch zwembad in Bitburg. Handig voor de wat minder mooie dagen. Het appartement Arce in Neuheilenbach is ideaal om de plaatsen Trier, Luxemburg, Geroldstein etc. te bezoeken. Op de heenweg waren we wat vroeg en hebben we een tussenstop gemaakt in het stadje Bad Munster Eifel voor een bak koffie (Noord Eifel). Een aanrader!

Upper floor of Swiss villa. The owners live downstairs. Very friendly people. Apartment is more spacious than it looks in the picture 's. At the back (kitchen and bedroom) look out over the rolling countryside and the forest with eg beech trees. At the front look pretty on the village Neuheilenbach. The balcony on the south west. We were there around New Year (unfortunately no snow but it was no less fun) we had at the end of the afternoon a wonderful sun on the balcony. You can Bitburg excellent shopping. It is 20 minutes but it's a nice route through small villages and typical Eifel landscape, last piece on a fast road. There is also a nice tropical pool in Bitburg. Convenient for less sunny days. The apartment Arce in Neuheilenbach is ideal places to Trier, Luxembourg, Gerold Stein etc. to visit. On the way we were a bit early and we made a stop in the town of Bad Munstereifel for a cup of coffee (North Eifel). Highly recommended!

Right from the start we booked the house, these owners were fantastic. Preparing our visit with a bottle of wine, self baked cookies and even a cute christmas tree, we felt welcome and right at home. The house is on the border of the woods with great views and a very quiet atmosphere. We came to enjoy the rest and relax and we had all the opportunities to do so.
The house itself is very roomy, offers everything you'd need and is located within one hour from great cities like Trier and Luxembourg. The Arce family was incredibily easy going and made sure we enjoyed all the privacy and rest we could wish. A few maps with folders and flyers offer a nice indication of activities and places to visit.
We'll definately come back and recommend the renting of this house to friends and family. A big thank you to the Arce family for being such welcoming and warm people. Fantastic.

Een weekeindje weg in de Eifel. Dit goed ingerichte huis voldoet aan de verwachtingen. De in de beschrijving genoemde trap is echt een aandachtspunt. Mensen die slecht ter been zijn gaan hier moeite mee krijgen.
De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te beleven in een bereisbare omgeving (max. 1 uur rijden enkel). Uitstapjes gemaakt op basis van de in het huis royaal voorradige toeristische informatie.
Het is een ideale stek voor rustzoekers omdat de omgeving weldadig rustig is. Weinig autoverkeer, veel bos.
De gastvrouw is voorkomend en gastvrij. Doet erg haar best om je welkom te heten en is beschikbaar voor vragen. Ze geeft zelfs een kaartje mee met haar telefoonnummer zodat je bij moeilijkheden of vragen onderweg een beroep op haar kunt doen.

Met een beetje geduld zie je 's avonds de herten door het stuk weiland achter het huis lopen. De eigenaresse is een vriendelijke en behulpzame vrouw. Het plaatsje Neuheilenbach is een rustig dorpje waar geen winkels zijn, dus voor boodschappen e.d. moet even gereden worden (naar bijv. Bitburg). Het dorpje ligt mooi centraal, binnen een straal van 30 km is veel te zien, binnen een straal van 60 km ben je bij de Moezel of in Luxemburg. Het is ons zo goed bevallen dat we hier graag weer eens naar toe zullen gaan.

Wij zijn vorig weekend naar het vakantiehuisje van Fam Arce gereden. De eerste indruk was al bij aankomst lekker rustig dorpje, en een mooi landschap. eenmaal aangekomen hebben we ons gemeld bij de Fam. Arce, we kregen een hartelijk en warme ontvangst, door de vrouw des Huizes, korte grondleiding gekregen en het ziet er idd zo uit zoals op de foto's echt alles heel netjes verzorgd en alles is schoon er stond in de keuken een schaaltje met koekjes klaar en als extra'tje kregen we van de vrouw ook nog een fles Sekt als bedankje voor bij hun te boeken.
Wij hebben het echt naar onze zin gehad dat weekendje alleen een nadeel als je wat wilt eten na 20.00uur dan moet je al naar een stad rijden maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Al met al zeer zeker voor meerdere herhalingen vatbaar.

We hebben een fantastische week (van 21 t/m 28 augustus 2009) gehad in Neuheilenbach. De vakantiewoning is prachtig ingericht, de eigenares heeft werkelijk oog voor details. Onze kinderen van 4 en bijna 2 hebben zich heerlijk vermaakt, voornamelijk in de woonkamer en keuken. Vooral de kleinste kwam helemaal los en begon nieuwe woordjes te zeggen. De eerste nacht was erg bijzonder: het is echt pikkedonker en je hoort helemaal niets, totale rust. Wat ik eerder had gelezen in het gastenboek was de sigarettengeur. In het begin merkte ik dat niet, maar de laatste 4 nachten wel, die geur was alleen in de grote slaapkamer aanwezig. Wel vervelend voor een anti-roker als ik. Maar gelukkig maakten de prachtige omgeving en de hele aardige eigenares een hoop goed. Dit adres moet je echt naar toe voor een heerlijke weekend of week, je gaat helemaal uitgerust naar huis!

Het is een erg leuk en smaakvol ingericht huis met aan alle kanten een mooi uitzicht. We hebben er ons als vijf zussen erg vermaakt. In de omgeving zijn leuke dingen te doen, al moesten we er soms een eind voor rijden. Er zijn namelijk leuke stadjes in de buurt, zoals Bittburg, Traben Trabach, Trier, Kuez en Prüm. We hebben een afwisselende week gehad: Een rondvaart over de Moezel, een fietstocht en wandelingen door de natuur, een historische route door Trier, shoppen in Kuez, bezoek aan verschillende andere stadjes en actief geweest in een junglepark. Het zijn echte aanraders! In het dorpje Neuheilenbach -waar het vakantiehuis is- hebben we mooie wandelingen gemaakt. In het dorp zelf is geen supermarkt, maar voor ons was dat geen probleem, omdat we de boodschappen gelijk uit de stad meenamen. Kortom: het was echt een weekje genieten!

De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, zodat je niks van thuis mee hoeft te nemen. De bedden zijn goed en voor een klein kind is het appartement ideaal, omdat alles gelijkvloers is en met een zeer ruime woonkamer met prachtig uitzicht voel je je snel thuis. We are in the weekend of March 6, 2009 to this holiday with our son been almost two years. The house is very tastefully and carefully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you do not need to bring from home. The beds are good and for a small child, the apartment is ideal, because everything has ground floor and a spacious living room with beautiful views make you feel at home. The owners are very friendly and there is lots to do in the area. Trier is a must!

Het is een ruim schoon en mooi appartement en de gastvrouw is erg aardig. Het huis ligt mooi vrij, met uitzicht op velden waarin vossen op muizen jagen!
Als je van rust en ruimte houdt moet je hier zeker heen gaan.
Wat wij een nadeel vonden was dat er in het dorp zelf geen enkele voorziening is. Voor een bakkertje of een andere winkel moet je minimaal een dorp verder zijn.
Maar over het algemeen zijn wij erg tevreden over deze locatie!

If you like peace and space, you should definitely go gaan.Wat we found was that there is a disadvantage in the village no provision. Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door de vrouw des huizes. We kregen een rondleiding door het schitterende ruime appartement. Het appartement beschikt over een zeer ruime keuken, woonkamer, badkamer en 2 slaapkamers die echt van alle gemaken zijn voorzien. Aangezien het mooi weer was hebben we zelfs nog even kunnen genieten van het ruime balkon met een mooi uitzicht. We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in deze mooie omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!!!

The apartment has a spacious kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms that really all gemaken feature. Since the weather was nice we even just enjoy the spacious balcony with a nice view. Keuken voorzien van alle huishoudelijke apparaten tot zelfs bewaardoosjes toe.
Wel sateliet-tv, maar geen NL-zenders (moet eigenaar voor betalen...)Lekker opgemaakte bedden en zeer schoon! 2-persoonsbed is wel een twijfelaar, had wat breder gemogen.
Woning is pas een half jaar in de verhuur en dat zie je nog aan alles.
Genoeg te doen in de omgeving (Trier, Cochem, wildpark Daun).
Zeer aan te bevelen. Gaan er zeker nog eens naar toe. Met z'n 5en is het goed vertoeven.

Hoewel de vacantie zeer kort was, is het ons in deze woning zeer goed bevallen. Het huis is lekker ruim en verzorgt. De eigenaars waren buitengewoon vriendelijk en waren zeer behulpzaam. Prettig was bovendien, dat we zondags tot 20.00u mochten blijven in de woning.
De omgeving is schitterend, vooral voor wandelaars, maar ook b.v. motorrijders. Zeer rustige ligging aan de rand van het dorp. Wij kunnen dit huis aanbevelen, het is ons hier uitstekend bevallen.
