Robiniapark is a small scale holiday park at the edge of Szólád in midwest Hungary. The park, a Dutch initiative, is located about 300 metres from the centre of the village. Because it is located on a hill bordering the fields, vineyards and forests, it appears to be a considerable distance from civilization. The natural character of the property has been left as intact as possible. Robiniapark has been set up for seekers of peace, nature and for wine lovers (Szólád is located in a wine producing region). The surrounding area is hilly and green. The six hectare property has an elevation climb of about 8 metres. The various villas are located on parcels of at least 850 m. Because Robiniapark wishes to guarantee the peace of the homeowners and guests, the number of facilities is limited. Szólád is located approx. 110 km to the west of Budapest, with its own exit off of the M7 motorway. Lake Balaton is located five kilometres to the north. This lake, with a length of 70 kilometres is very suited to swimming, surfing, sailing, etc. There are many recreation options around the lake.
The houses in Robinia park are built with an eye for comfort, environment and insulation. So the interior climate is comfortable even during the warmest days. In the colder periods there is the luxury of under floor heating. Every house has its own individual furnishings, luxury kitchen, two bathrooms, at least one bedroom with its own balcony and solid wood furniture. On the sloping western edge of Robinia park, with a view of Lake Balaton, there are villas with a lower floor (4 persons HU-8625-01, 8 pers. with bathtub and wood stove HU-8625-02 and HU-8625-03, 6 pers. HU-8625-04, 8 pers. with bathtub HU-8625-05 and a 6 pers. with bathtub and wood stove HU-8625-06). The lower sections of these houses are largely built into the ground. The bedrooms are located there: cool in the summer, easy to heat in the winter. The lower floor has a terrace door to the lower garden. At the northeast edge there are eight and ten person villas with a clear view of the fields, vineyards and forests. There are 8 person homes with woodstove (HU-8625-07), 8 pers. with bathtub and wood stove (HU-8625-08 and HU-8625-11), 8 persons (HU-8625-09), 8 pers. with bath (HU-8625-10) and a 10 pers. variant (HU-8625-12). In short : something for everyone! An ideal basis to really relax and explore the beautiful environment.

Specifics:
Because Robiniapark is located so close to Lake Balaton, the decision was made not to install a generally accessible swimming pool on the park. In order to enjoy a pleasant cool-down within walking distance from your holiday home, you can rent a large inflatable pool for a fee (21 EUR per week). This swimming pool can be used all day and can be set up in the garden of the holiday home. Privacy and comfort!
