The house is situated on a road between the villages Tiszaszentimre (10 minutes by bike) and Tiszaderz. This mansion was in 2010 converted from an old school into a luxurious mansion with swimming pool. The house is located between the fields and beside a farm (agriculture). In the vicinity are three national parks, the famous Puszta, Lake Tisza and the Bükk Mountains. Here you can cycle, walk, fish, wine regions or go to a restaurant. Lake Tisza is a 15 minute drive where you can swim or water, but nature lovers can visit here canoeing or bird nesting areas.
