Attractive country property close to Lucca. This holiday home is nestled in the hills in the direction of Pisa and Pontedera. It is a renovated ex-farmhouse, set amongst vegetation and the peace and quiet of the Lucca countryside.
The house boasts a beautiful swimming pool, decorated with mosaics and surrounded by large grounds which are fully fenced and planted with various trees; olives, oaks and holm oaks, among others.
Guests can relax by the pool taking in the panorama from the small villages surrounding Lucca all the way to Montecatini and Pistoia, before getting together for an al fresco lunch or dinner, perhaps making the most of the barbecue to sample local gastronomic foods and wines. The farmhouse is made up of a main property and a small annex building below, which can be accessed via stairs, allowing two families to enjoy holidays together, while maintaining a certain level of autonomy.
The farmhouse also makes a strategic base for visiting the most important historical and cultural centres of Tuscany. An oasis of peace and beauty close to shops and restaurants, but far removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.
