The Piccola Italia Hotel-Residence is a terraced structure, set in beautiful flower gardens and featuring pines, palm, cypress and olive trees. It affords breathtaking views over Lake Garda.
A variety of apartments and rooms are available, to cater for all requirements - all furnished with style and comfort in mind.

Services include: a large heated swimming pool, loungers by the swimming pool and on the relaxing terraces, a restaurant boasting views over the lake and Mount Baldo and bars at both the swimming pool and restaurant bars. The wine bar is home to around one hundred labels from the best Italian wine producers.
Our well-being zone is open daily. The heated swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, hydro massage, mountain bikes and mini-golf may all be used free of charge.
The residence is located at the heart of the Alto Garda National Park: a world of green and blue. The Park with its plants and typical flower species offers visitors a choice of 18 different eco-friendly sporting activities.
A luxurious and spacious apartment suite in a residence within approximately 5km from Lake Garda, along the northwest coast. The residence has been recently renovated and equipped with all comfort (Beauty & Wellness Centre, sauna's, Turkish bath, whirlpool, swimming pool with bar, childrens playground, American bar, wine tasting, restaurant with splendid view over the lake, meeting room, etc.). For the clients, there is a private parking area with a remote for the gate of the residence. The suite has a big balcony/terrace with a view over the lake. Ideal for a healthy and lovely holiday, whereby the service and luxury will spoil you; at the internal Beauty and Wellness Centre, you can get all sorts of massages, done by experienced personnel. Although there is a kitchenette available, we would advise you to take advantage of the restaurant (Italian cuisine, regional specialties and wines), due to the good quality and the good prices.
In the rent price is an extensive breakfast inclusive. On request is a half pension (4 course and/or royal buffet).
In the surrounding and easy to reach: the town Tremosine (a few minutes drive), Limone, Tignale and other typical villages at the lake.
A transport service and/or to the train station of the airport can be arranged on request.
