Home Description

Villapark Duynzoom is a small villa park in an absolute prime location. The holiday park is characterized by peace, nature and space. There are no swimming pools or tennis courts, but this is a place to relax in a villa which is really special. The area is characterized by woods and water. The beach is only one kilometre away. All facilities are available on Texel, and most of them within a radius of 10 km. You are within hand's reach of all facilities, but you are not in the midst of the hustle and bustle that go with them. The friendly island is characterized by its multifaceted nature and landscape. On the north side, a broad, changeable line of dunes protects the hinterland from the water. There is an authentic North Holland polder landscape stretches to the tidal marshes and the Texel mud flats. There is always something to do on Texel. The changing seasons colour the days and interpretation. In the cold months the wind blows along the beach and through the woods. The spring brings lambs and the return of many special types of bird which use Texel as a nesting ground. Get out on your bike and become a part of it! Texel has 135 km of dedicated cycling paths. The summers are a bit longer on the Wadden Islands, and invite you out to wile away the hours on the beach and charming terraces in the villages.

You won't easily find anything on Texel which has more luxury on offer than these villas. Inside and out, there is something special with a capital S. It was finished in 2012 and furnished by a new generation of interior designers. The charming ground floor is taken up by the living room and luxurious open kitchen (equipped with all imaginable luxury built in equipment and a wine cooler). Both are focussed on optimal comfort and well being. There is a level difference between them, so there is a playful atmosphere. The living room has a panoramic view through the fully glazed façade, which reaches to the crest of the villa. This façade can be folded open so that the indoors becomes the outdoors. You can easily access the lovely sunny terrace which offers plenty of shelter and privacy. The living room also has a stylish open fireplace. The four spacious bedrooms (each with its own lovely bathroom) are located on the first floor and in the basement. There is plenty of light. The largest bedroom in the basement has a glazed ceiling panel along the entire length. This is also a part of the floor of the living room. The villa is perfect for seniors or those with mobility problems. There is a lift present from the ground floor to the basement. The garden has slopes and levels and you have garden furniture, and on the terrace there is a fire pit or an outdoor fireplace. There is also a laundry room and outside, hidden among the greenery, there is plenty of space to park your car. A holiday at Duynzooom is highly recommended!
