Apartment located on the 18 hole golf course La Marquesa in the Ciudad Quesada development near Rojales. The driving range is in front of the apartment and the golf centre about 500 m away. The large communal swimming pool is located next to the apartment. The development mainly consists of holiday flats, with a number of permanent residents. This apartment has an open, small covered terrace at the entrance. The living area is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are on the lower floor.
Restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. About 10 minutes away by car you will find the lovely sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura with typical sand dunes. There is a lovely beach boulevard in Guardamar. Easily accessible cities are Elche (palm town), Alicante (ports and old centre) and Murcia (old centre and shops).
