Beautiful detached holiday villa in the famous holiday area of Värmland in the midst of beautiful natural surroundings.
The holiday home has modern and tasteful furnishings, renovated in 2008, and has luxuries such as a sauna, bathtub, veranda and balcony. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over the lake and hilly surroundings.
The residence is located on a 3700m2 parcel in the midst of the forests and on the beautiful Lake Ostersjöns.
Many leisure activities are possible here, such as sailing, fishing ,walking, cycling, Nordic skiing, skiing, swimming, or visit the fairy tale islands in the lake.
You may also choose to visit the sights in the old silver mine in Nykroppa, on the edge of which the home is situated.
The summer temperatures are on average higher than in the Netherlands. In the winter it may have a great deal of snow and can have a harder freeze. You may meet an Elk at any time!
The town of Filipstad is 15 km from the home and you can visit the Wasa factory there, famous for flatbread.
Kristinehamn is a moderately large town, 30 km away, and there is a large choice of shops, restaurants and leisure.
In addition to Safsen (the Frederiksberg mountain), the following ski areas are also recommended: Hovfjallet, Sälen-Trysil and Idre, which are all within 1-2 hours drive and where there is good snow and skiing.
