This new apartment was built in 2009. It is in a wonderfully sunny location between the Kaprun and Zell am See ski-areas. The apartment is 40 m2. Only the highest quality materials have been used. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of four people and is on a slight slope. It is attractively furnished. There is a double bedroom with a flat screen TV. The living room/bedroom has a leather double sofa bed, a 37 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player. The dining area caters for four people. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and bidet. The superb kitchen has a combination oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a covered south-facing balcony. The apartment has wireless internet connection. You can park in the garage, depending on availability, or use the carport. The owner offers a fresh bread roll service as an extra. The apartment can be reached by a lift from street level. Kaprun-Fürth is in the heart of the beautiful Salzburgerland. It is a stones throw from the extensive Kaprun ski-area, where you can ski practically all year round, and Zell Am See. The free ski-bus stop is 100 metres away. You can also enjoy some wonderful cross-country skiing. You can venture on exhilarating walks with wonderful views of the Hohe Tauern National Park's impressive mountain landscape. The apartment is an excellent holiday destination in every season. The two Zell Am See and Kaprun 18-hole golf courses are almost on the doorstep. You can also use the Alpine Golf Card which allows you to play at 27 golf courses in Salzburgerland and Tyrol. Walking, mountain biking, rafting, or visiting Salzburg's Old Town are all a delight. The famous Grossglockner, Austria's highest mountain, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Kaprun reservoir lakes are all well worth a visit.
