This holiday home is on a hill at the edge of the village of Jencice. The village is in central Bohemia, 15 km south-west of the town of Litomerice and 80 km from Prague. The detached house is in a quiet spot, near the end of a dead end road. The road leads to the ruin of Fort Kostalov. The home enjoys views of the beautiful landscape and the ruined fort which is 500 metres away. There are many places of interest in the surrounding area which are worth visiting. These include Terezin, the notorious Second World War concentration camp which is 13 km away. Doksany Monastery is 16 km, Duchcov Castle is 25 km, the Fort Hazmbruk ruin is 8 km, Roudnice Castle is 26 km and Teplice Spa Resort with swimming pools and massage is 27 km. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2007 and is tastefully furnished. There is an enclosed garden with garden furniture, pergola, barbecue, a campfire area and a round 3.6 diameter swimming pool. The home has its own parking space.
