Detached, pleasant villa with a private swimming pool peaceful situated in a residential area within 1,5km from the sand beaches and 2,5km from the town Calpe along the Costa Blanca. Reformed in the year 2000 and on the ground floor villa, which is located on a private property of 600m. Panoramic view over the countryside and the property is situated on both sides of the neighbouring houses.
Calpe is famous for the nature park at the enormous 'Ifach' rock (332m). The park is laid out for its unique vegetation, more than 300 sorts of animals and even the colonies of sea birds protects this to use it as nest area. You can reach the park via a zigzag road, and enjoy the panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast. You can also relax, and taste the Spanish tapas with a wonderful glass of sangria!
