The private terrace is 10m2 and enjoys views of the sea and the harbour. You reach the 40m2 roof terrace by steep stairs in the hall. The terrace enjoys splendid views of the surrounding area and you can enjoy a BBQ there.
The holiday home is within easy walking distance of Port de Pollenca with its attractive beaches and good restaurants.
You can enjoy plenty of excursions in the area. There are boat trips along the coast and to the Formentor Peninsula where you can enjoy beautiful, white sandy beaches. The area is excellent for all kinds of sports and water sports. The nine-hole Pollenca Golf Club is twelve kilometres away. You can also visit the heart of Pollenca with its medieval village centre, traditional squares, colourful markets and harbour. Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital, is sixty kilometres away.
