This charming detached holiday villa with private swimming pool is peacefully situated in the beautiful Axarquía region near the town Arenas. Your holiday home is set in a quiet and private location surrounded by olive and almond groves and there is a nicely maintained garden with flowers. It is built in the traditional style of the region and tastefully decorated. The entrance is reached via six steps. The living room is simple, light and decorated with traditional items. From the several terraces you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains, white villages and towards the Mediterranean Sea.
The swimming pool, which is situated on a lower level, offers an area where you can relax and soak up the Spanish sun; this pool area is particularly attractive with its pergola and magnificent views.
Located 7 km from the beach and the coastal resort of Torre del Mar, this holiday house is an ideal starting point for a visit to the Alhambra in Granada and the cities of Seville and Córdoba. The harbour city of Malaga also offers lots of leisure and attractions and excellent shopping. The Axarquía has many typical 'white' villages, where the true Spanish lifestyle can still be experienced. This is an ideal holiday house for a relaxing vacation and to enjoy the beaches, culture and activities in the area.

Please note:
- The terraces around the holiday house are unenclosed and not fenced off. There are differences in altitude within the plot. The holiday house is therefore less suitable for families with small children.
- The last 1 km on the way to the house, you will drive over a sandy road. This road is easy to drive, but you should be careful. Stay in first gear and you will have no problems. The caretaker will drive in front of you the first time.
