Close to the "Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne", 10 miles from the historic spa resort La Bourboule, a French country-style furnished and decorated 19th Century Manoir (Manor) in its own park of more than 12 acres. The Manoir comprises two semi-detached houses, each in a settin goffering absolute privacy: Le Romain and La Gauloise. Within 15 minutes reach of La Bourboule, a cosy spa. Specialised in treatment to children with respiratory deficiencies, this town offers many activities for the whole family. During the summer season a lot of events and activities take place in the region, such as street-theatre, antique fairs, mineral exchanges, classical concerts and public balls. In winter, every February, during the ski-season, a jazz-week is organised in Mont-Dore, a ski-resort close at hand (15 miles).
Maison La Gauloise is a very pleasant, cosy house with a lot of atmosphere. Ideal for discovering the Auvergne with its old volcanoes, beautiful nature and unspoiled countryside. The house has plenty of room. Also there are 2 beds for toddlers at your disposal. However, this house also offers the intimacy to enjoy a restufl holiday for just the two of you.
