This spacious and luxurious chalet of 130 m will enchant you! Once used as a farmhouse, it has been renovated with style and charm and is near the road situated. The original exposed beams blend well with the new pine, and the atmosphere it conveys is one of cosiness and Savoyard tradition. Praz de Lys/Sommand' ski resort is at 3 minutes' drive for the pleasure of ski lovers. This family resort offers good possibilities for downhill and crosscountry skiing, ski touring, paragliding, huskie sledging etc. Should you want to experience more runs, the ski domains of the "Portes du Soleil" and "Samoëns 1600" are at 10 minutes' drive. Take advantage of their great runs and their fantastic snow! A lot of other activities await you all year long: hiking in the national parc of Sixt Fer à Cheval, visiting the Gorges du Pont du Diable, mountain-biking, climbing, horsetrail riding, discovering the lakes of Annecy and Geneva, many fishing venues lakes and rivers, the golf in Les Gets... Or simply enjoy the comfort of the chalet, laying peacefully in the hammock, leafing though one of the many motor racing magazines that you will find on the spot... or maybe thinking about the next Jazz Festival, occurring each July at Montreux!

Remarks: on the ground floor, there is one child's bed for a child aged 0-5 years'old and one other child's bed for a child of 0-8 years (presented as "cots"). The entire first floor is an open plan (living room, kitchen, additional beds, dining space). The mezzanine is actually two bedrooms overlooking the first floor.

The house owners live in the former barn next to the chalet during the winter months (December until April), so that the can keep everything clear of snow for you!
