Novi Vinodolski is a popular touristic resort in the Kvarner region. It is situated against a mountain incline, through which it has a wonderful view at the Krk island. Novi Vinodolski (translated it means: new wine valley) has as most important source of income, the tourism and the wood industry, there are still several vineyards but since the 2nd half of the 20th century, those are almost completely gone. The core of the area lies between the cultural heritage with the Roman ramparts "Lopsica", the remains of the "Paulin-Mönche" monastery and the Frankopaner fortress with accompanying tower. In short, plenty of seeing sights. The region is also known for mountain biking, several beautiful courses have been set out. And of course you can also nicely amuse yourself on the beach and practice various water sports here.
House Marija is situated at the edge of Novi Vinodolski in a quiet street. You are 300 m. away from the beach by foot. The holiday property lies on the 1st floor, from the balcony you will have a splendid view at the sea and the island Krk. The spacious house is neatly and of a good standard furnished.
