This charming wooden house is situated in the Östen/Lehn district, approximately 2 km outside Umhausen in the Ötztal, in an idyllic spot offering spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The lovingly furnished holiday apartment featuring plenty of wood is located in the basement yet is still bright and airy. It’s perfect for families and can accommodate up to four adults and three children. The house is centrally located between the Ötz-Hochötz ski resort and the Längenfeld thermal baths.
Tranquility and serenity alongside rich culture and tradition. With nature that quite literally takes your breath away. The hospitable village of Umhausen in the Middle Ötztal with its hamlets Tumpen, Köfels and Farst offers all this. Discover Ötzi the Iceman’s prehistoric home and the largest waterfall in Tyrol – a breathtaking combination that offers a truly relaxing experience.

Super gerieflijk huisje, eigenaars super vriendelijk. Enkele leuke attenties lagen ons op te wachten. Een duidelijke rondleiding bij aankomst met de nodige tips voor uitstappen. Enkele dagen voor afreis had eigenaar vernomen dat we mogelijk hinder zouden hebben op terugreis ivm afsluiten weg door geplande manifestatie. Heeft speciaal een blad afgedrukt met mogelijke alternatieven. Hoe tof is dat!!! De accomodatie ligt onder de woning van de eigenaars, wat resulteerde in een behaaglijke binnen temperatuur van max 22graden, terwijl het buiten zonder probleem over de 35 graden ging. Echt een aanrader als je van wandelingen en uitstappen houdt!!!

Mooi ruim appartement. Het was heel schoon en van alles voorzien. We werden verrast door een lekkere cake die voor ons was gebakken. Mooie omgeving om te skiën en te wandelen.

Onwijs mooi huis! En een heel hartelijk ontvangst van de eigenaren! Er stond zelfs een welkomstpakket voor ons klaar met voor iedereen wat lekkers. Zelfs aan de hond was gedacht! Echt een aanrader!
