This comfortable villa in La Roche-en-Ardenne has a beautiful swimming pool, open from May to October (depending on the weather). This fine accommodation is ideal for nature lovers. The Ourthe is only 500 m away, so don't hesitate to relax during some fishing. Restaurants and supermarkets are 4 km away in the city center. Take the car and visit the Chlorophylle Park (14 km), the Barage de Nisramont (17 km), the Baraque Fraiture ski resort (18 km), the Brasserie d'Achouffe (22 km) and Houtopia (Kids Center) at 30 km. The nearby area is also ideal for hiking and cycling, and the E25 motorway interchange is only 10 km away. The owner warmly welcomes all his guests. The villa also has a beautiful open kitchen, sun loungers and a barbecue, as well as a garage.

Voor de prijs is het een solide keuze. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden en het zwembad was perfect om te ontspannen. Ik voelde me hier helemaal thuis.
