This beautiful holiday home (not detached) is located in a district of Kirchhundem. Your holiday residence has a separate exterior entrance and you will occupy the entire unit for guaranteed privacy. This half of the house consists of two floors. Thanks to the quiet location, you'll find pure recreation and relaxation here. The large, furnished terrace is perfect for sunbathing. A barbecue and carport are also at your disposal. Here, in the heart of the Sauerland -right at the Rothaarsteig-, you'll find ideal conditions for an individual and relaxing holiday. The hiker-friendly route network with well-marked hiking trails invites you to explore the gorgeous countryside.

The SauerlandRadring, Lenneroute and the eventful biking network of the Bike Arena offer cyclists lots of possibilities to explore the region by bicycle. Excursions into the surrounding area: Panorama Park (amusement & wildlife park) Sauerland, Galileo Park, Atta Cave, the stalactite cave "Heinrichshöhle", viewing tower "Hohe Bracht", the Karl May Festival.

Fantastisch huis, ontzettend vriendelijke eigenaren en een heerlijk rustige ligging. Voor een huis waar huisdieren toegestaan zijn is er geen haartje te bekennen.

Als je van natuur en rust houdt en nood hebt aan stilte, is dit huisje zeker een aanrader. De woning heeft 2 ruime slaapkamers en een handige berging, een kleine functionele badkamer met een zalige regendouche. Er is een gezellige woonkamer met hoekbank en een relaxzetel. Wie graag zelf kookt kan gebruik maken van een praktische en compleet uitgeruste keuken met eethoek. Het huisje was heel cosy en gezellig ingericht en ongelofelijk proper. Hartelijk dank aan de familie Dömer, we hebben een heel aangename week doorgebracht in het mooie Kirchhundem en komen graag nog es terug

Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst in een super schoon en compleet ingerichte ruime vakantiewoning. Voor de hond vers water bij de voordeur en kleden voor op de bank. Aan alles is gedacht, van kruiden in de keuken tot handzeep in de badkamer. Bedden zijn opgemaakt en voldoende keuken- badhanddoeken en theedoeken enz. voorradig. Echt zorgeloos vakantievieren dus.
