A passive house is a house without heating, but with controlled ventilation. The holiday home with its own entrance and terrace is located on a small bay near Erbeskopf (816 km). There is a parking lot near the house and also places to store your bikes. This cottage is an award winner.
There are many opportunities to walk, cycle or make a day trip to Mosel (15 minutes by car), Erbeskopf, Idar-Oberstein (35 km) and Trier (30 minutes by car). Trier is the oldest city in Germany and is definitely worth a visit. Een fris, ook voor senioren comfortabel appartement met enthousiaste, vriendelijke verhuurders.

Wij waren in dit fijne huis van 26/4 tot 10/5/24.
De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn zeer vriendelijk en er is hun niets te veel. We hebben ons enorm welkom gevoeld met een fles wijn en zelfgemaakt lekkers. In huis is echt ALLES aanwezig. De tuin is ook erg fijn met 2 ligbedden en 2 zitjes. De grote slaapkamer heeft een heerlijk lits-jumeaux bed. In Morbach kun je prima boodschappen doen.
Wij hebben heerlijk gewandeld in de nabije omgeving. Met de auto nog een paar wandelroutes verderop opgezocht. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Zalig genieten van de natuur en de rust die deze uitstraalt van uit een hypermoderne woning.(passief huis) in de omgeving is allerhande te doen of te bezoeken. De regen heeft geen inpakt gehad op de verlof dagen .Enorme vriendelijke mensen die je voorthelpen met inlichtingen. om over te doen.
