This nicely furnished holiday home located in a passive house is located in an idyllic and quiet location in Hunsrück in a side valley in Dhron. A passive house is a house without heating, but with controlled ventilation. The holiday home with its own entrance and terrace is located on a small bay near Erbeskopf (816 km). There is a parking lot near the house and also places to store your bikes. This cottage is an award winner. There are many opportunities to walk, cycle or make a day trip to Mosel (15 minutes by car), Erbeskopf, Idar-Oberstein (35 km) and Trier (30 minutes by car). Trier is the oldest city in Germany and is definitely worth a visit. Verhuurders zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Je hoeft maar te vragen en ze regelen het. Ontvangst met fles wijn en tulband. Voor ons een dikke 10

Een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien en super schoon. Top huiseigenaren ! Vanuit Merschbach kun je alle kanten op. 3 keer per week komt de bakker langs. Als je van rust houd ben je in dit huis op de goede plek.
