This renovated cottage with outdoor spa is located on a closed road and in scenic surroundings just approx. 200 meters from Kvie Lake with sandy beach, ice cream parlor and restaurant. The cottage is well furnished with a kitchen / living room and furnished in a nice style. All bedrooms have good beds. Around the house there are several sheltered terraces where the sun and nature can be enjoyed in the good garden furniture, as well as a very large, covered terrace where you can extend the summer evenings. There is sandbox. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Es ist das Haus unserer Wünsche, die Ausstattung ist funktional und praktisch. Der Rasen ist komplett eingezäunt ideal für den Hund. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter aber alles in Ordnung. Zum entspannen und abschalten super.Wir haben für nächstes Jahr schon wieder gebucht. Empfehlungen: Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ausreichend in der Nähe.

Sehr geräumig, ein eingezäunter Garten, große Terrasse, gemütlich eingerichtet Empfehlungen: Der Grill im Ort ist sehr gut. / Wir waren im Legoland und im Legohaus. / Im Sommer ist es dort am See bestimmt sehr schön.
