Holiday home with its own small lake located in quiet and peaceful surroundings very close to Kulhuse harbor with all its cosiness and charm. The house consists of an entrance hall and on each side of the entrance hall is a room with a double bed. Open kitchen / living room, living room and an alcove with the possibility of extra beds. Furthermore, a nice bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to both a covered terrace and an open, large terrace, where you can enjoy the sun in peace and quiet and watch the children play in the garden. The house has a cozy annex with two beds. Play equipment includes swings and a trampoline (trampoline is at your own risk / insurance). Furthermore, a campfire for cozy evenings.

At the end of the terrace you can enjoy the view over the small cozy lake. In the lake there is a small rowing boat for free use. There are also two kayaks and a children's kayak incl. life jackets for free use. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, nahe des Fjords. Das Grundstück bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum entspannen, zum Spielen für die Kids und zum aktiv werden. Das Haus bietet Platz zum gemeinsamen Zeit verbringen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr gemütlich. Ist man das Schlafen in dunklen Räumen gewöhnt, sollte man sich eine Schlafmaske mitbringen, da die Rollos nicht genug abdunkeln. Das Bad bekommt von uns leider Abzug. Es würde sich sicherlich ein neues WC rentieren und die Duschkabine etwas länger sein-sonst duscht das Klo mit. Ein Supermarkt ist 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt und die nächsten ca 15 min. Am Fjord kann man gut baden, spazieren und abends wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Mit der Fähre kommt man sehr schnell in den nächsten Ort Hundested. die Stadt Frederikssund bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum shoppen, essen gehen oder flanieren. In 1,32 std kommt man nach Helsingborg (Schweden), sehr empfehlenswert! Radfahren und den Spuren der Wikinger nachgehen ist eine weitere Möglichkeit. Wir konnten dort sehr gut abschalten und uns erholen. Die Menschen vor Ort sind sehr sympathisch und strahlen eine Ruhe und Zufriedenheit aus. Empfehlungen: Siehe Text zuvor
