Ein gepflegtes Haus. Schöne Raumaufteilung. Gute Ausstattung. Toller Meerblick. In dem Gebiet stehen alle Häuser dicht zusammen. In der Nebensaison gibt es Bau- und Renovierungstätigkeiten im Bereich der Nachbarhäuser. Die Küste ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Zum baden im Meer müsste man nach Skalerup klit oder Norlev strand, da vor dem Haus die Küste mit Steinen geschützt wird.
