Holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna and a 25 m² large activity room where you can get a good game of billiards and then a game of table tennis or table football and a game of darts. There is a changing table, baby bath, cot and high chair, and outdoors there are swings. 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool and sauna. There are heated floors in the bathrooms. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors. There is Smart-Tv. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything contemporary style requires. Extra fridge available.

The garden is landscaped with lawn and tiles from the driveway and around the house. There is a carport and good driveway and parking lot. There are 100 m² open terrace and 20 m² covered. No letting to youth groups.

Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustand. Das Grundstück hat eine schöne geschlossene Hecke, so dass man sehr privat ist.Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 800m entfernt. Marielyst ist 4 km entfernt. Auch der nächste Strand ist nur ca. 1,5km entfernt. Alles sehr schön mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Empfehlungen: Marielyst Eis ist sehr lecker. Auf jeden Fall erstmal nur 1 Kugel nehmen. Die ist so groß wie 3 Kugeln.Unbedingt zu den Kreidefelsen nach Møn fahren.
