The living room has a TV, wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient air conditioning system that ensures a comfortable temperature in all seasons. There is an annex with room for a couple of overnight guests. From the living room there is direct access to the terrace where there is a gas heater (bring your own gas) where nature can be enjoyed in the garden furniture. To heat the outdoor spa, you must either bring your own wood or you can buy it in the neighbourhood. The beautiful area by Kvie Lake with its sandy beach is known for its tranquillity and unspoilt nature. There are several nature trails in the area and it is highly recommended to bring bicycles. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the small, cosy local restaurant, which is located right by the lake.
