Bright and modern holiday cottage located on a secluded natural plot in the charming, small fishing village Nr. Lyngby approx. 5 km north of Løkken. Open concept living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower cubicle, guest toilet and whirlpool. There is an open terrace and carport. The house has oil-fired furnace and a wood-burning stove. Tile floors with underfloor heating in all rooms. The living room is very spacious and bright due to the large windows.
From the living room you have direct access to the open terrace where you can enjoy the sun in private as the plot is surrounded by plantings. There are swings and sandpit as well as a lowered trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance).

Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man braucht. Gute Ausstattung. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Über einen Fußweg gelangt man an einen kleinen See und dann direkt ans Meer. Gehminuten 15 min bis zum Meer. Perfekter Morgenspaziergang mit dem Hund.

Gute Ausstattung. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirr, Besteck etc. Alles neu und top. / Betten groß und super bequem. Großer schöner Esstisch. Sehr bequeme Couch. Riesen Fernseher mit schnellem Internet. Sehr schnelles WLAN. Carport super, Terrasse super, Garten super. Ruhige Lage, mitten in der Natur.
Empfehlungen:
Geiler Strand direkt vor der Tür, netter Bäcker 5 Minuten zu Fuß. / Wer Party machen möchte, sollte ein Auto dabei haben, ist eben nicht Mallorca :-) / Zum ruhigen Entspannen an frischer Seeluft ist es ideal.
