Holiday home located on a large natural plot with the opportunity to experience the rich bird and animal life with deer, squirrels and hares from the front row, and only 500m to child-friendly beach and 5 min drive to shopping in Ålbæk town and cozy harbor. The house offers i.a. on a well-equipped kitchen / dining room with a nice light from the large window and underfloor heating, living room with wood stove and energy-saving heat pump with direct access to the covered terrace. The house has three good bedrooms, one of which has access to a large terrace. Spacious bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. On the plot you can stay undisturbed with many good sun loungers, shelter and a bench where you can sit and enjoy the sun and nature. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Das Grundstück groß, man sieht die pflegende Hand, die Natur und Ordnung wunderbar kombinieren kann. Man ist sehr für sich und kann, je nach Sonnenstand, zwischen verschiedenen Terrassen wählen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt, ausreichendes Geschirr, sogar Reinigungsmittel waren vorhanden. Alles bei schönem Ambiente. Zum nahegelegenen Strand führen Kieselwege, überall Natur und höchstens Tauben oder auch der Kuckuck zu hören. Auch für unseren Hund war es perfekt. Empfehlungen: Wir waren zum St. Hans da und empfehlen daran unbedingt teilzunehmen (Liedertexte nicht vergessen).Wir lieben die Skagen -Maler und haben jedes Museum bzw. ehemalige Wohnhaus besucht. Skagen ist immer einen Bummel wert, nach Grenen fährt sicher jeder, da braucht man keine Empfehlung. Wir werden bald wieder dort sein, von Flensburg lohnt es dich zum Glück auch für ein Wochenende.
