The vacation home is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room and direct access to the living room. There is a panoramic view of the water both outside and inside.
The living room has cozy furniture, a radio, free internet, PlayStation 4 including games, TV with both German and Danish channels, and Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. In addition, there is a panoramic view of the water from the large windows and direct access to the terrace.
The kitchen features a ceramic hob, separate oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, and underfloor heating. There is a washing machine in the house. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, allowing for lower consumption.
The cottage has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with four bunk beds.
There are several open terraces, all with good garden furniture. On the house's main terrace with panoramic views of the water, there are also two sun loungers. From here, you can enjoy dinner prepared on the house's gas grill while the sun sets over the water. In addition, there is charging for electric cars (7.4 kW). Not available for rental to youth groups.
