Die Lage ist mehr als perfekt. Direkt am Strand und Spielplatz. Die Wohnung ist auch schön. Die Küche ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Kaputte Pfannen, keine Messer zum Obst und Gemüse schneiden.
