Description
This beautiful villa with private swimming pool on the Costa Blanca is located 200 meters above sea level and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. The house is situated in such a way that you have the sun on the terrace from early in the morning until sunset. A lot of privacy and tranquility, there are areas where no one can see the terrace. There is a covered area with a large dining table for cooling off and of course there is also a private swimming pool with sun beds. The energy costs will be lower because of the solar panels that have been installed since May 2023.
There's a beach just 1 km away. A 5-minute drive away is a very picturesque beach hidden between high rocks. It is a perfect place for a walk and ideal for sports freaks to go for a bike ride.
There are also some nice golf courses nearby such as ‘La Sella’ 5 km away. Nearby towns such as Moraira, El Portret, Calpe, and Javea are within 8 km and are worth a visit. A supermarket and restaurant are 5 km away. In addition to the private swimming pool, you can use the communal swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn all around. Ask the administrator for the access pass. For this you have to pay a small deposit.
The fenced garden is the perfect place for preparing delicious meals on the gas cooker. The villa’s interior is cosy and has a wood burner. You can enjoy meals in an outdoor kitchen with plancha (use of gas bottle that is present and replaced by the manager when it is empty).
Public transport is 8 km away.

Fantastisch huis met een al even mooi uitzicht. Ontvangst in het Nederlands was heel vriendelijk. Alles was tip top in orde in dit huis. Alle nodige voorziengen waren aanwezig. Het zwembad werd wekelijkse onderhouden door de vriendelijke nederlandse poolman . Er was airco en horren voor de muggen, wat we heel erg apprecieerden. Een echte aanrader, waar we zeker naar terug komen!
