The 11m x 5m chlorine pool is set in a beautiful landscape with various trees. The pool has a depth between 0.8m and 2.5m. After a refreshing swim, enjoy a large breakfast on the shaded terrace or bask in the sun. The spacious plot offers many charming spots for a glass of wine, playing with children in the garden, or having a barbecue in the evening. The first plot features a balcony with stunning sea views. The finca is fenced with a few neighbors nearby.
The house has a cozy living-dining room with satellite TV, a DVD player, and air conditioning. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, oven, microwave, and more. There’s also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Four bedrooms with wardrobes and double beds accommodate up to eight guests. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, and a third bathroom with a shower and bathtub serves the rest of the house. Central heating ensures warmth during winter, and a cot and high chair are available on request.
