The chalet features a large living area with dining space, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms (two with additional bunk beds), while one is a walk-through room with a separate bathroom. Guests also enjoy a sunny terrace, private garden, ski/storage room, and washing machine. On-site parking is available.
Only a 10-minute drive to Zell am See and Kaprun, the region offers access to 150 km of diverse slopes across Schmittenhöhe, Maiskogel, and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. Ideal for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and winter hiking.
In summer, explore the Hohe Tauern National Park, swim at nearby lakes and outdoor pools, or enjoy hiking and cycling. The Großglockner High Alpine Road starts nearby, offering unforgettable excursions.

Dit is fantastisch! Waar vind je elders plekje om met 10 vrienden je jaarlijkse wintersport te vieren? huis is strak, netjes en modern ingericht. Een heerlijk grote keuken en woonkamer waar je gezellig met elkaar kan zijn. Heb je even behoefte aan rust of een FaceTime gesprek met thuis? Er is genoeg ruimte om even terug te trekken en even tot je zelf te komen. Een goed functionerende en snelle internetverbinding is tegenwoordig een must, is top geregeld.

The house is spacious and beautifully situated with a view of the village. The interiors of the cottage are very cozy. The description agrees with the actual stab. Only a driveway that is narrow and steep was difficult. Cars with chains on wheels or with 4X4 drive will not have problems in winter. You can park in the center of the village. Free parking lots are located within 8 minutes on foot. In winter it is recommended to use chains for wheels, which solves the problem of the driveway.
