Chalet in Mühlbach near Hochkönig Ski

Het huis stond op een prachtige plek, goed bereikbaar. Binnen was alles keurig op orde, alles was aanwezig en netjes schoon, helemaal top!

La sala de estar espaciosa era perfecta para nuestras reuniones familiares después de un día en las pistas, ¡Nos encantó la sauna, la manera perfecta de relajarse! La ubicación era conveniente para esquiar, y disfrutamos explorando los restaurantes cercanos, ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

Ce chalet était tout ce que nous espérions et même plus, Les chambres étaient magnifiquement décorées et confortables, offrant une excellente nuit de sommeil, Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les vues du balcon sur les montagnes tout en sirotant notre café du matin, Les restaurants à proximité étaient un bon bonus, offrant une variété de cuisine locale

Wij hadden app 525B, dat is vrijwel het gehele huis. Vooral de etage is ruim opgezet, met een fijn balkon. In de woning geldt wel een streng vuilnis beleid, maar met een beetje goede wil is dat wel na te leven, alleen het papier is niet zo gemakkelijk, dat hebben we dus maar maar meegenomen ;-) . Mühlbach ligt lekker centraal in de regio, waardoor je alle kanten op kunt. Communicatie met de beheerder verloopt via Whatsapp. Die was wel wat laat met aanvullende richtlijnen voor het verkrijgen van de toegang tot de woning. Advies aan de beheerder, doe dat minstens 1 dag van tevoren. Ik kan het appartement van harte aanbevelen!

We had app 525B, which is almost the entire house. The floor in particular is spacious, with a nice balcony. There is a strict garbage policy in the house, but with a little good will it can be adhered to, but the paper is not that easy, so we took that with us ;-) . Mühlbach is centrally located in the region, so you can go in all directions. Communication with the manager is via WhatsApp. It was a bit late with additional guidelines for gaining access to the house. Advice to the manager, do this at least 1 day in advance. I can highly recommend the apartment!

Le chalet est spacieux et bien équipé, Nous étions un groupe de huit, et il y avait beaucoup de place pour tout le monde, L'emplacement près des remontées mécaniques était pratique, et nous avons apprécié de pouvoir garer notre voiture juste à côté de la maison, Un séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble, bien que nous ayons eu un petit problème de chauffage qui a été rapidement résolu par l'hôte

¡Qué maravillosa escapada! Los anfitriones fueron increíblemente acogedores, y el chalet se sentía como un hogar lejos de casa, El espacio de vida de concepto abierto era perfecto para relajarse después de un día de exploración, Aprovechamos al máximo la sauna y nos encantó estar tan cerca del área de esquí de Hochkönig, ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Österreich. Das Ferienhaus ist modern, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber man merkt, dass hier keinen Wert auf Dekoration oder weitere Gemütlichkeit gelegt wurde, alle Deko-Artikel sind quasi von IKEA und wild zusammen gewürfelt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind für 8 Personen ausgelegt, es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und 1 Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett. Etwas dürftig fanden wir die Gastfreundlichkeit des Gastgebers, hier sind wir in anderen Belvilla Häusern in Österreich schon deutlich besser und herzlicher begrüßt worden. Auch ist das mit bestellte Bettwäsche und Handtuch Paket kaum ausreichend für Familien mit Kindern und Sauna. Auf Nachfrage gab es nur lapidar die Antwort der Eigentümer, dass man ja waschen könne. Die vor Ort zuständige Hausverwaltung war bemüht, konnte da aber auch nicht helfen. Zum Glück hatten wir ausreichend Handtücher dabei. Salz, Öl, Seife, Spülmittel oder Kaminanzünder sind ebenso nicht vorhanden, auch das haben wir schon besser erlebt. Mühlbach als Ort ist schön, zu empfehlen ist die Karbachalm, das kleine Freibad und die Wanderwege. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge im Salzburger Land ist Mühlbach aber schlechter gelegen, da man immer erst weit fahren muss. Unsere Empfehlung: die Salzburger Land Card lohnt sich insbesondere wenn man einige Seilbahnen nutzen möchte. Alles in allem gibt es also Licht und Schatten.

We had a great time in Austria. The holiday home is modern, clean and functional, but you can tell that there was no emphasis on decoration or comfort, all decorative items are from IKEA and are wildly thrown together. The rooms are designed for 8 people, there are three bedrooms and 1 children's room with a loft bed. We found the host's hospitality a bit poor, here we have been welcomed much better and more warmly in other Belvilla houses in Austria. Also, the bed linen and towel package ordered is hardly sufficient for families with children and a sauna. When asked, the owners only gave a succinct answer that they could wash. The on-site property management team tried hard, but couldn't help either. Luckily we had enough towels with us. Salt, oil, soap, washing-up liquid or fireplace lighter are also not available, we have already experienced that better. Mühlbach as a place is beautiful, the Karbachalm, the small outdoor pool and the hiking trails are recommended. As a starting point for excursions in the Salzburger Land, Mühlbach is in a worse location, as you always have to drive far first. Our recommendation: the Salzburger Land Card is particularly worthwhile if you want to use some cable cars, so everything in everything there is light and shadow.

Hemos estado visitando Mühlbach am Hochkönig durante 20 años y en los últimos 4 años hemos probado diferentes cabañas en la zona, ¡El punto de partida para numerosas caminatas y destinos turísticos en los alrededores es excelente! La cabaña era muy acogedora y espaciosa, Éramos cinco y teníamos suficiente espacio
