This modern holiday home in Spa Ardennes has 7 bedrooms and can house 14 people. This home is suitable for a large family gathering, offers a heated swimming pool and a bubble bath. Located in the city of Spa, this holiday home has a lot of activities going around nearby like horse riding and hiking. You can also go sightseeing for example: golf courses, spas, casino, restaurants, luxury shops, the Warfaaz lake with pedal boats, the Francorchamps circuit and many hiking and biking trails. You get all the elements for you to really unwind in this place. Warmly decorated with an outdoor swimming pool with full privacy, and a spa with all the wellness facilities you can wish for, the house has a bubble bath and a sauna too. Through an automatic gate and a private parking, you have access to this dream house. The town center of Spa is just 2 km away from where you can stock up your general supplies and restaurants are near the town center.

Wir haben die Villa Zen für eine Woche für 13 Erwachsene Ende August gebucht. Die Villa eignet sich hervorragend für die Gruppengröße, die Zimmer sind ähnlich ausgestattet, die Küche hat ausreichend große Töpfe etc. Die Villa war sauber und wenig dekoriert. Es entstanden keine Extrakosten durch Sauna- und Whirlpoolnutzung. Der Whirlpool muss leider den ganzen Tag heizen. Die Villa liegt direkt am Wald, man kann direkt verschiedene Waldwege erkunden. Spa (einkaufen, Cafés, etc.) ist in 25 Minuten zu Fuß und 6 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Nachbargrundstücke zu zwei Seiten sind von einer Art Jugendherberge. Dadurch sind dauerhaft Kinder und Musik zu hören. Dies hat uns jedoch kaum gestört, man konnte dennoch entspannt am Pool liegen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war vorab schwierig, während des Aufenthalts war jedoch kein Kontakt notwendig.

grote villa met mooie rustige ligging, binnen met 35º buiten nog redelijk koel, prima zwembad, goed contact met vriendelijke behulpzame beheerder/eigenaar, borden/glazen etc. alles in overvoed aanwezig, 2 grote koelkasten waarvan één met vriezer en 2 vaatwassers erg handig; parkeerplaats voor 4 auto's; eetkamer met tafel voor 14 personen en vooral ook de tafel voor 14 personen buiten met gebruiksklare bbq erg gezellig (wel zelf voor kolen zorgen; ;kamerindeling met verdeling van badkamers en toiletten voor in ons geval 11 personen een aandachtspunt; al met al een zeer prettig verblijf
