Villa Rubini is located in the village of Rovinjsko Selo, just 8 km from the picturesque town of Rovinj. In Rovinjsko Selo you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant. The beautiful beaches on the west coast are more or less a 10 minute drive away.
You will certainly enjoy yourself in the fenced garden! You'll have a swimming pool, sun beds, a bubble bath and a volleyball court at your disposal! You can spend the evenings on the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The interior is comfortable. On the ground floor you find a living room with a sitting area and dining table, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Aussicht und Lage sind fantastisch und sehr ruhig; Ideal um zu entspannen. Pool ist schön groß, der Whirlpool etwas älter aber verrichtet weitgehend seinen Dienst. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung/Haus ist toll und wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wohnen in der Einliegerwohnung im Haus, sind jederzeit erreichbar und trotzdem fühlt man sich immer ungestört. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit Hund sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen.
