From the living room there is access to the 110 m2 large terrace, which surrounds the house on three sides. The whole house has underfloor heating and is heated energy-friendly via air to water heat pump. A well-appointed outdoor kitchen allows you to enjoy the warm summer evenings with the family on the terrace. From the house there is walking distance to the sandy beach Næs and to the town's idyllic center and harbor. Not for rent to youth groups..

huset ligger godt i forhold til Allinge og man kommer hurtigt ind til byen på en dejlig gå tur langs vandet. / vi havde et dejligt ophold. Man bliver ikke informeret om at fra 1 oktober, bliver skraldet ikke tømt, så man skal selv køre det væk til nærmeste affaldssortering. Der er heller ikke bioposer i huset. Husets har meget ikea inventar, så vi savnede en ordenligt osteskærer som virker. / ellers var alt fint og vi kunne godt komme her igen en anden gang.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, perfect location (for us), peaceful. / The showers were brilliant. Useful having the washing machine too. Recommendations: The Borngolf mini golf course at Østerlars is a must visit, for all ages. Great fun. / Restaurant Margaritten in Allinge - lovely food and people. / The kiosk at Allinge Harbour, the owners are lovely.
