Authentic cottage with sauna located in the 1st dune row with direct access to the beach at Grønne Strand. The cottage has two bedrooms, living room and kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs and refrigerator with small freezer. Bathroom with a small sauna. There is air conditioning / heat pump and wood burning stove. Toilet and bath are accessed from the back of the house. The house has a large south-facing wooden terrace sheltered from the wind from the sea.

From here there is a magnificent view of a wetland with rich bird life. In the bathrobe distance you reach the most beautiful North Sea bath. The cottage is for guests who appreciate location. Not for rent to youth groups.

Beliggenheden, udsigten, tæt på havet, ensomheden, roen, dyrelivet (bl. a. svalerne på toilethuset var super søde!). Anbefalinger: En tur til Penny Lane (Ålborg) kan definitivt anbefales, Svinkløv, Slette Strand. Beliggenheden er bare fantastisk så dét at nyde roen ved huset er super dejligt.
