The plot is enclosed so children can run around freely. The kitchen has an open connection to the bright living room with an inflow of lights from east and south. There are plenty of channels on the 48" large flat screen TV. The house is located only 50 metres from a football field and there are several playgrounds within a radius of 150 metres. The house has plenty of cupboard space.

The house is spacious with a large and beautiful lounging area and a full kitchen. The outdoor seating is South-facing and gets a lot of sun. It is a very pleasant and quiet house close to the sea. Some of the outdoor cushions and furniture shows signs of wear.
