Completely renovated (2014) holiday cottage with whirlpool located only approx. 50 m from the North Sea's beach. From almost every room of the house and of course also the plot there is a panoramic view over the North Sea and Ferring Sø (lake) in the background. The same is true from the roof terrace which also offers stunning panoramic views. Here you can enjoy dinner prepared on the grill as the sun sets over the North Sea. The house is tastefully furnished with comfortable kitchen with ceramic hob, separate built-in oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Dining area next to the kitchen. Large bedroom with double bed and good closet space and on the 1st floor you have a very large bedroom with double bed and sitting area with comfortable furniture from which you can enjoy views over the North Sea. Living room with comfortable furniture and a TV and a stereo with CD player. Separate living room with wood-burning stove and sweeping views of the ocean and beach. The house is heated with environmentally friendly heat pump via the building's central heating system. There is a large bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, whirlpool and comfortable underfloor heating.
