Description

Cottage with whirlpool and sauna and plenty of space for the whole family's needs. At the same time, you have a view of one of the most beautiful views of the Little Belt that Als has to offer. The house is built with a sloping ceiling and large windows that make the house very bright. The interior of the house makes it suitable for the large family. The house is surrounded by 60m2 wooden terraces, so you can enjoy the sun from early morning to late evening. In the garden there is a swing and sandpit for the children's play. The very short distance to the beach means the whole family can walk back and forth and enjoy the outdoors. Not for rent to youth groups.

Allgemeinzustand ist gut, die Ausstattung ist okay, das Grundstück und die Lage sind hervorragend, der Meerblick ist super schön... Empfehlungen: Bringen Sie sich ein Schäl-bzw.Gemüsemesser und ggfs ein Nudelsieb mit, ansonsten war alles da...

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, durch Wärmepumpe und PV-Anlage geringer Stromverbrauch, großzügiges, sehr gepflegtes Grundstück, Geschirr sehr reichlich, alle notwendigen Küchengeräte vorhanden . ruhige Lage, Der Strand ist allerdings sehr ursprünglich und nicht überall zum Baden geeignet. Empfehlungen: Der Universe- Park ist super, Tickets sind vorher online deutlich günstiger. SÃ¸nderborg hat eine sehr schöne Innenstadt. Das Schwimmbad im Nordborg CenterParc ist schön, aber nicht sehr groß und richtig teuer. Auch dabei spart man beim rechtzeitigen online-Kauf.
