Baby cot, 4 bedrooms of which one is suited best for children with a small table and TV with DVD player (not possible to receive regular TV channels on this TV). Large, partly covered terrace and also a carport with tiles which you can also use as a terrace. Large lawn with swing, see-saw, sandpit and furthermore a small playroom adjacent to the shed.
