The cottage is modernly furnished with an open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs, separate oven and dishwasher. Bright living room with i.a. free, wireless internet and TV with many channels i.

Two good rooms with double beds, a room with two single beds and a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. Lovely large terrace with plenty of space to sunbathe and grill in the lovely warm summer evenings. The house is located next to DanCenter house no. 8021, so it is perfect for several families / friends who want to live next to each other. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Der allgemeinzustand der Liegenschaft war gut. An der Ausstattung war nichts auszusetzen. Grundstück und Lage sind sehr gut. Der Weg zum einkauf bzw. Restaurant sind recht kurz.
