The house is located on a 1,980 m2 natural plot, which is ideal for outdoor activities with a trampoline (use at your own risk), games, campfires, and swimming in both summer and winter. The plot also has a small lake, and the stream runs past it. A wooden terrace has been built around large parts of the house. The terrace, which has an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower, quickly becomes a natural gathering place. The terrace is well sheltered from the sometimes brisk winds from the Limfjord. There are several playgrounds and ball courts in the area close to the house. Less than a 15-minute walk from the house is Handbjerg Marina, where you will find a restaurant, ice cream kiosk, beaches, paddleboard/kayak rental, and a good slipway for launching trailer boats. Handbjerg Marina is a natural gathering place for tourists in the area and offers a great atmosphere along the harbor's wooden terraces. Shopping can be done in Vinderup, about 4 kilometers from Handbjerg. If you want to explore city life more, Struer, about 10 km away, is recommended. There are a number of different places to eat, a lovely harbor environment with activities for everyone, including an excellent spa that will pamper all your senses. There is a bike path to both towns. The charming market town of Holstebro is also within a 0.5-hour drive. There is a power outlet at the parking lot, type 16 A CEE.
