Description
This luxurious, modern villa is perfect for families with children or a group of friends. The spacious accommodation has Wi-Fi, a smart TV and a lovely south-facing garden with pool, trampoline and play equipment. Castelnau d'Aude produces delicious wines and a walk through the vineyards is definitely recommended. 3 km away is the village of La Redorte where you will find a supermarket and a delicious bakery. Just a 10-minute drive away is Canal du Midi and the recreational lake Lac de Jouarres. The medieval village of Minerve and La Cité castle in Carcassonne are also well worth a visit, as are nearby villages such as Assignan, Collioure and Lagrasse. Furthermore, numerous hiking trails and cycling routes can be found in the region. The spacious villa with comfortable bedrooms offers plenty of privacy.
It is fully fenced and therefore ideal for holidays with the dog. In the garden there is a lovely studio for 2 people which has air conditioning, its own kitchenette, bathroom and sofa bed. Around the heated swimming pool are lovely sun terraces with barbecue, sun loungers and a lounge set. Do you have an electric car? No problem, there is a private charging station available. Carcassonne airport is 39 km away.

Fantastisch verblijf — 10/10!
Een heerlijk rustig verblijf!
De voorzieningen waren top en de kamers waren ruim en netjes. De airco maakt in de Zuid-Franse hitte echt een verschil om een goede nachtrust te hebben.
Het zwembad was heerlijk en perfect onderhouden — leuk om te zien dat er zelfs midden in de week even onderhoud aan werd gedaan, dat zegt veel over de zorg die men hier aan de accommodatie besteedt.
We hebben heel hard genoten en zouden deze plek zeker aanraden aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een fijne, verzorgde plek in de regio. Wij komen graag terug!

Das Haus ist echt toll: viel Platz, Stauraum, Waschmaschine und Trockner, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet- alles in Allem hat es uns an nichts gefehlt (3 erwachsene,2 Kinder)
Der Pool ist super, die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus sind ebenfalls toll, da man - je nach Wetterlage/Sonne/Schatten- immer draußen sitzen kann
Die Menschen der Umgebung sind mega freundlich, zum einkaufen ist man schnell (mit dem Rad) in La Redorte
Wir hatten eine entspannte und herrliche Woche in Vigne du Paradis.
Einzig das Umspannwerk in der Nähe zum Haus hat die Sicht auf die Berge etwas getrübt…
Dennoch stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis!!
Wir würden sicher wieder kommen, wenn wir nochmals in dieser Region Uröaub machen.

Wat een heerlijk huis. We hebben genoten van een hele fijne vakantie. Bij aankomst troffen we een vernieuwd terras aan, een aangename verassing. We hebben lekker kunnen zwemmen door de zwembadverwarming, ideaal in April! Het huis is heel compleet en alles is aanwezig. De kinderen hebben genoten van de trampoline en speeltoestel. In La Redorte op 5 minuten rijden zit een goede bakker. We komen zeker terug!
