Enjoy a wonderful holiday in the holiday home La Bergerie located in Minervois, the land of the Cathars. Minervois is part of the Occitania region, Languedoc-Roussillon. This villa for 6 has plenty of privacy, a spacious enclosed garden (820m2), a covered terrace and a private swimming pool (5 X 9m, protected by an electric shutter). Villa La Bergerie has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, WIFI, bocce court and air conditioning. Some beds and mattresses were renewed in 2024. The house is personally decorated and well maintained. One part of the villa is enclosed and, to guarantee your privacy, is not used by the owner or others during rental periods. This part (with glass front) is not otherwise shown in the photos.
The living room has a TV and a fireplace for relaxing inside. The two terraces and barbecue are perfect for evenings. You can also spend time enjoying the lovely swimming pool (salt-based) with garden furniture and sun loungers or the beautiful, immediately adjacent nature. Boules court is great for fun. Cot and high chair are available for a small fee.
Carcassonne airport is 25 km away and train station is 47 km away.

Mooi huis in mooie omgeving. Huis goed uitgerust met ruim voldoende pannen, servies etc. Ook nog voorraadje uien, knoflook, olie, azijn, koffie, vaatwastabletten; alsof de eigenaar er de dag ervoor nog was. Keuken iets gedateerd, maar alles is er. Wel kleine vaatwasser en een lichtje bij de spoelbakken zou fijn zijn. Wasmachines in de garage gevonden. Airco heerlijk op hete dagen. Zwembad fantastisch, groot genoeg om echt baantjes te trekken. Ligbedden bij zwembad goed. Bedden in hoofdslaapkamer goed. Goede badkamer, zelfs 2e bij zwembad. We hebben zelfs jeu de boules gespeeld: eigen ballen gekocht, hoewel ze ook aanwezig waren (plastic). Terassen op oosten, dus vanaf 18u in de schaduw. Bakker en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand, grotere supermarkten redelijk dichtbij, Carrefour is onze favoriet. Heerlijke vakantie gehad!

De villa is mooi ,ruim en rustig gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht.Je hebt veel privacy in de tuin en er is een prachtig zwembad.

Huisje moeilijk te vinden door verkeerde straatnaam. Vaatwasser ok, maar klein.
