The owners are very friendly and they came to the house which is a pretty long drive for them. The appartment was very clean when we arrived and it was nice that a couple of basic things were already present like toilet paper, wastebags, salt and coffee filters. The owners made sure that we should let them know if anything is wrong but it was just fine. It is not too big an appartment but it has a very sensible layout so it still feels roomy. There are plenty of facilities including an airconditioning on ground floor, a dishwasher, oven and gas cooking station, microwave and a regular coffee machine. There's also a TV with French stations through satellite and a DVD player. But in the end, the best entertainment here is right outside the doorstep.

Enorm vriendelijke eigenaars, het huisje was heel proper en alles was in orde. Je kan op elk moment van de dag kiezen voor een rustig plekje in de schaduw of de zon rondom het huis. Het uitzicht is er prachtig. Op het moment zelf was er een hittegolf dus hebben we verkoeling moeten zoeken, er is een (buiten)zwembad in Sarrebourg en een zwemmeer in Langatte, beide een aanrader! Aangezien we drie heel jonge kinderen hebben waren lange wandelingen niet aan te raden (het is er wel prachtig en gaan we zeker doen als ze ouder zijn), langs het kanaal te Lutzelbourg kan je lang en vlak wandelen.

Het uitzicht betoverde ons onmiddellijk bij aankomst. De wandeluitdaging was er meteen. Bovendien werden we zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Geen overbodige plichtplegingen, alles meteen geregeld. We maakten prachtige wandelingen en onze hond vond het gewoon te gek. Slechts één opmerking een update van de informatie in de map in de woning is wel wenselijk info over restaurants en etablissementen die al jaren niet meer blijken te bestaan mag eruit, de wandelinfo verdient een update (folders van 2008?).
